At the very beginning of learning music, we have to remember that the real tone is "SAA". Sitting on this "SAA", every other note is called through the melody. All in all there are 12 tones. Of these, 7 are pure tones, 4 are soft tones and 1 is high tones. All the songs sung in the world are sung through these 12 tones. The main of these 12 tones is "SAA". This means that the more we can practice "SAA", the better we can do everything else.
After waking up every morning, say "Om" and stand for at least twenty minutes. Care should be taken that the voice does not tremble in any way at that time. Then we have to stand for another twenty minutes saying "SAA". It is important to remember that when we say "om", we should say "M" as long as of "O" and that has to stand as long as we can breathe.
Another important thing is to determine the scale. How do we know which of our "SAA"? To do this, we first need to "SAA" a tone in the middle of the harmonium and it remains to be seen how many tones we can round up the "sa" at the top and how many tones we can lower down to "SAA" at the bottom. When we get up and down equally, we realize that the middle voice is our real “SAA” where we started.
