The previous part was that we discussed some of the rhythms or taals. Read each part of me with your mind. I hope you get a lot of ideas about music. If you like it, please share all of these posts with all your friends. If anyone wants to take singing classes near me, you can contact me by visiting the "Contact Us" page. Today in this part I will discuss scales of harmonium or keyboard reed.
We know we have to do everything in a total of 12 swars. Of which 7 are pure or suddha swars, 4 are soft or komal swars and 1 is tibra or intense swar. If we look at a harmonium, we'll see there are 2 types of reeds. The first is the white reed and the second is the black reed. The white reeds, starting from the beginning of the harmonium, are the normal scale. Usually the first reed of these white reeds of the harmonium is the scale "C". Starting from this "C", the white reeds are in this way -
C D E F G A B
Of these 7 white reeds that have a black reed just above the reed, that is the sharpness of the previous white scale. That is, the scale of the black reed above the scale "C" is "C sharp". We can also give this sharp mark ". That is C'. I am explaining it better with a picture of harmonium.
You can see there is a white reed at the very beginning of the harmonium. That is scale "C". The black reed just above this C is C Sharp. The next white reed of C is D and the black reed just above D is The Sharp. The next white reed of "D" is "E". But there is no black reed on top of the scale "E". This means that the scale is not sharp. Then it is seen that there are black reeds on top of these 3 white reeds F, G & A. That is, they are F Sharp (F"), C Sharp (C") and A Sharp (A"). In the same way, since there is no black on the scale E or above it, we understand that it has no sharpness.
We got some idea of which scale is on which reed of harmonium or keyboard. If you have any questions or have any difficulty in understanding where, please let me know in the comment box. I will try to answer all your questions. Very soon I will bring the next part for you. If you like my posts, you will definitely follow this site. Support me. Stay well, stay healthy.
